Tune in to a public dialogue about the function of anti-Black racism in faith communities, and how storytelling can be utilized as a tool to build more inclusive faith communities. NewGround has invited Margari Hill (Executive Director, Muslim Anti-Racism Collaborative) and Chava Shervington (Board Member, Jewish Multiracial Network) to share their personal stories about racism in these communities, and in turn discuss actionable tools for navigating and combatting hatred. Participants will then break into groups to reflect on what they heard.

During the discussion towards the end of the event, there will be mixed break-out rooms. For those who would prefer, there will be a Black Muslim and Jewish affinity room. Details furnished in advance for the event.
